Year 3 Teacher Required at a Primary School in Morecambe (LA3)

A Primary School in Morecambe are recruiting for a Year 3 Teacher to cover a maternity leave starting in September 2023. The school are looking for a dedicated Teacher to deliver all areas of the Year 3 national curriculum to a lively class of 26 children. To be considered for this post, you will have prior experience teaching in KS2, and you will be able to plan and deliver enticing lessons that will encourage learning for all children with in the class.

The position is to work in a two-form entry Primary School. The successful Teacher will work closely with partners teachers to ensure learning in consistent across the year group. The school was praised at its last OFSTED inspection for it’s high standard of teaching and learning and the schools Head Teacher is looking for a teacher who will bring new ideas to always encourage and enhance learning. This would be a great opportunity for the right candidate to enhance their career in a safe and supported environment.  Experienced Teachers are encouraged to apply.

To be considered for this year 3 Teacher post, you will:

  • Hold QTS and an Enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Have recent and relevant experience Teaching in KS2
  • Have a sound understanding of the KS2 curriculum and learning outcomes for children in Year 5
