KS1 Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are working alongside one of their partner Primary schools in South Manchester, Wythenshawe (M22) to recruit a Teaching Assistant for the next academic year on a full time basis, beginning ASAP. The role will be across KS1 and will involve being utilised in the different KS1 classes when necessary.

The school is larger than the average sized Primary being 2 form entries in some year groups and 3 form entry in others. Having recently gone under new leadership after the departure of the head teacher the school has continued to get better and better having recently been graded “OUTSTANDING” by OFSTED in their latest report.

The role involve general Teaching assistant work and will involve some small group working with around 4-6 pupils and offering support for maths, English and reading. It will genuinely be with lower ability pupils but will occasionally include higher ability in order to maintain there current high standards.

• GBP65 - GBP75 per day
