Qualified Primary School Teacher required for a larger than average school in the North Huddersfield area. The school has excellent outdoor facilities where the children gain valuable life experiences, raising chickens, bee keeping and tending to their own vegetable plots. The school has a strong leadership team who a committed to CARE (Communication, Ambition, Respect and Enterprise). The schools pupils come from diverse backgrounds and over 55% are eligible for free school meals. Ofsted noted 'Pupils behave well…and are enthusiastic about their learning'. The school are seeking a KS1 teacher for an immediate start with the possibility to be permanent.
Teaching Personnel work in partnership with a variety of leading, nationally recognised CPD providers, such as National Association of SEN, National Autistic Society, Rush Miskin, Team Teach, Educare, Creative Education, and Leeds Trinity University. These partners deliver an extensive range of career developing opportunities to you, covering areas such as; Accredited Team Teach, Understanding and Supporting Children and Adults on the Autism Spectrum, An Introduction to Special Educational Needs and Disability, Effective Adult Learning Support, Implications for Challenging Behaviour, Meeting the Emotional, Social and Mental Health Needs of Children and Young People, Differentiation, Data Handling, Assessment for Learning, Planning for Progression, Prevent Duty, Read Write Inc. and Child Protection in Education. In addition to this we work alongside many leaders of education and have our own ex-head teacher that provides candidates with bespoke, high-quality training. The CPD on offer will assist with your personal and career development, making you the most highly sought candidates in the market.
