IT Teacher (Corby)

Are you an enthusiastic teacher of ICT or Computer Science who is looking for a teaching role in September 2019? If so, we want to hear from you!

  • Full time IT teacher post commencing September 2019

  • Opportunity to earn a school contract through an introduction by Teaching Personnel
  • Salary to reflect MPS/UPS (£23,720 - £39,406)
  • Ongoing CPD and opportunities to develop your professional practice

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a successful school that are looking for an IT teacher to join their team of dedicated and experienced staff in the new academic year. The position is full time and will last for the full year until July 2020. There could be a permanent position available for a candidate who makes good progress and shows a determination to help students achieve. The successful applicant will be creative in their approach to teaching and will be able to effectively engage with pupils. We are looking for an ICT teacher who is able to teach the subject across Key Stage 3, 4 and potentially 5, with the capability to inspire students and generate a sense of excitement around the subject.

The department are hoping to recruit a teacher who has excellent behaviour management skills and is able to deliver high quality lessons which support all learning styles. The school features state of the art facilities including five fully equipped ICT suites and a range of software which allows students to learn with technology in an integrated way. You will join a department of experienced subject specialists who are keen to share their love of ICT and encourage all students to strive to achieve their best!
