The Head Teacher and Governing Body of a reputable Primary School in Penwortham are looking to close the gap in learning achieved due to the recent school closures by providing their Year 1 and 2 pupils with interventions focused around the Read Write Inc Phonics programme. They are looking for a member of staff to plan and deliver these sessions, who must have either HLTA status or a Level 4 education-based qualification or above (Graduates and Teachers are welcome to apply). The role will be full-time (09:15 – 15:15), Monday to Friday, and is due to start 4^th January 2021.

The school is an Ofsted graded ‘GOOD’ primary school located in South Ribble area of Penwortham. It is an average-sized primary school. Pupils are eager to learn and staff and parents are supportive.

Rates of pay are competitive starting at GBP330 per week.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
