Job Description

• Deliver small group and 1:1 interventions in literacy and numeracy.
• Support pupils who require additional help to meet learning objectives.
• Work closely with class teachers and SENCO to track progress.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience delivering interventions in a school setting.
• Strong understanding of primary curriculum and strategies for raising attainment.
• Patient, proactive, and able to motivate learners.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA or equivalent) are desirable.
