Salary: £80 - £90 per day
Job Description
Job Duties:
- Provide one-to-one support to students requiring intervention in their learning
- Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans
- Monitor and track student progress and provide feedback to teachers
- Support classroom teachers in creating a conducive learning environment
- Collaborate with educational professionals to develop effective intervention strategies
Required Qualifications:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Experience working in an educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
Education:
- Minimum of Level 3 qualification in Education or related field
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of child development and learning processes
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
- Strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of educational intervention methods
Preferred Qualifications:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience working with students with special educational needs
Working Conditions:
- Work in a school setting during school hours
- May require some flexibility in working hours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
