Exciting Opportunity for an ICT Teacher in York and Scarborough

Are you passionate about inspiring young minds with the wonders of technology? Do you have the skills and enthusiasm to deliver engaging ICT lessons? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging ICT lessons to students of various ages and abilities.

- Create a stimulating learning environment that promotes exploration and creativity.

- Foster students' understanding of digital literacy, programming, and problem-solving skills.

- Utilise a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning styles.

- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support.

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative ICT projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent certification in ICT or related field.

- A passion for technology and a deep understanding of ICT concepts.

- Strong knowledge of programming languages, software applications, and computer hardware.

- Experience in delivering engaging and interactive ICT lessons.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.

- The ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
