Job description

Teaching Personnel are looking for a ICT Teacher to work on a full-time basis at school located in Bishop Auckland to start from May 2024. If you have excellent subject knowledge and keen to share this with the younger generation then this teaching role could be ideal for you.

If successful, you will be required to be able to adapt to the national curriculum and educational developments in the world of ICT. You will join a supportive and passionate department with an extremely enthusiastic and hardworking head of department.

About the role :

  • Full time ICT teacher covering a timetable across Key Stage 3 & 4
  • 11-16 secondary school located in Bishop Auckland
  • Must have excellent classroom management
  • Broad understanding of the national curriculum
  • Deliver lessons to meet the needs of students at various levels of learning.

Essential

  • Excellent subject knowledge
  • Strong team player
  • Hold QTS
  • Have a valid DBS on the update service (Or willing to apply for one)
