HISTORY TEACHER

History teacher required for after the Easter break!

A secondary school in the Sevenoaks area are looking for someone to join their very successful history department following the Easter break. We are looking for candidates who hold QTS or NQT status within the UK (OR equivalent qualifications) and can teach History up to a KS5 level.

Successful candidates will bring great passion and energy to the role, as well as having excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and will be able to plan engaging lessons that will meet the needs of children with a variety of abilities.

About the role

• Hold QTS/NQT status in the UK or have equivalent qualifications.
• Permanent, Full-Time post - MPS/UPS.
• Have experience teaching History at a Secondary Level up to a KS5 level.
• Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
• Have or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
• Have excellent classroom management.
