What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Teaching Assistant, your day-to-day tasks could include:

• Supporting teachers by preparing and organising lesson materials

• Setting up and tidying classrooms before and after lessons

• Working closely with students 1:1 or in small groups to support learning

• Monitoring, recording, and reporting student progress

• Caring for children who may be upset or unwell

• Assisting teachers in leading classes and activities

Are You the Right Fit?

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience working in UK schools (advantageous but not essential)

• Is friendly, confident, and calm under pressure

• Has experience supporting children or young adults in educational settings

• Can adapt to the needs of vulnerable or diverse children

• Understands safeguarding and child protection requirements

• Is passionate about helping children succeed academically, socially, and emotionally

• Has a calming presence and can engage effectively with pupils (EYFS to Year 6)

• Is dedicated to ensuring every child reaches their full potential
