What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Teaching Assistant, your day-to-day tasks could include:

Supporting teachers by preparing and organising lesson materials

Setting up and tidying classrooms before and after lessons

Working closely with students 1:1 or in small groups to support learning

Monitoring, recording, and reporting student progress
-
Caring for children who may be upset or unwell

Assisting teachers in leading classes and activities

Has previous experience working in UK schools (advantageous but not essential)

Is friendly, confident, and calm under pressure

Has experience supporting children or young adults in educational settings

Can adapt to the needs of vulnerable or diverse children

Understands safeguarding and child protection requirements

Is passionate about helping children succeed academically, socially, and emotionally

Has a calming presence and can engage effectively with pupils (EYFS to Year 6)

Is dedicated to ensuring every child reaches their full potential
