Are you an HLTA or completing an HLTA qualification?

Teaching Personnel are looking for a confident and passionate HLTA to fill a vacancy in one of our client schools in Dartmouth. The role calls for a confident and skills educator who has completed or is currently completing an HLTA qualification. This is a vacancy in the year 6 class however the successful candidate may be required to occasionally work in other year groups. Please see below information.

Successful applicants will:

• Hold a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant qualification

• Have 6 months experience of supporting young people with additional needs, including Autism,   Learning Difficulties and Physical Disabilities

• Be able to liaise with other staff members to ensure the best education is being delivered to pupils in your care

• Be calm, caring and efficient when dealing with pupils going into crisis mode

• Hold a Child Only DBS registered to the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one
