Are you a Level 3/4 Teaching Assistant?

Are you an experienced in providing cover for pre planned lessons? 

Teaching personnel are currently recruiting for a motivated HLTA to join a single form entry primary school in Beccles from October. You would be required to offer support in KS1-KS2 which would include, behaviour and classroom management, 1:1 learning support sessions and when necessary covering pre planned lessons in accordance to the Uk curriculum.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Offering planning, preparation and assessment of the lessons covered
• Providing support with the work set out by the Teacher
• 1:1 SEN support 
• Supporting the Teacher with the management of the classroom
• Classroom/pupil/behaviour management
• Willingness to participate in the Schools extra curricular activities

The ideal candidate:

• HLTA status
• Experienced offering planning, preparation and assessment for KS1& KS2 lessons
• Safeguarding training
• Experience working with SEN pupils
• Good classroom and behaviour management skills
• Enhanced Childs DBS on the update service
• UK address and right to work
• Flexibility in terms of transport

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
