Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting confident and experienced HLTAs to support primary schools across the Camborne and Redruth area as we start working alongside more local schools.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and the chance to lead learning while continuing to support pupils throughout their educational journey.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Leading whole-class learning during PPA cover
- Delivering pre-planned lessons
- Supporting intervention groups
- Working across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Helping pupils reach their full potential
- Supporting teachers and senior leaders across the school
We're looking for someone who:
✔ Holds HLTA status or equivalent experience
✔ Has strong classroom management skills
✔ Is confident leading groups of pupils
✔ Is proactive and adaptable
✔ Enjoys working as part of a team
✔ Is flexible and reliable with availability

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
