We are looking for a reliable and confident educator to provide HLTA cover on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, can step into different classrooms with ease, and is passionate about supporting both pupils and staff.
About the Role
- Part-time position
- Pay - £89.38 Per Day
- Location – NP26
- Providing cover for the school’s HLTA
- Working across different year groups as needed
- Delivering pre-planned lessons or leading small intervention groups
- Supporting the class teacher and maintaining a calm, structured environment
- Ensuring continuity of learning for pupils
✅ What We’re Looking For
We are open to different backgrounds, but ideally you will have:
- Experience as a HLTA, TA, Cover Supervisor, Tutor or Teacher
- Confidence leading small groups or whole classes
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Good communication and flexibility
- A positive, can-do attitude
- SEN/SRB experience is a bonus, but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
