We are looking for a reliable and confident educator to provide HLTA cover on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, can step into different classrooms with ease, and is passionate about supporting both pupils and staff.

About the Role

• Part-time position
• Pay - £89.38 Per Day
• Location – NP26
• Providing cover for the school’s HLTA
• Working across different year groups as needed
• Delivering pre-planned lessons or leading small intervention groups
• Supporting the class teacher and maintaining a calm, structured environment
• Ensuring continuity of learning for pupils

✅ What We’re Looking For

We are open to different backgrounds, but ideally you will have:

• Experience as a HLTA, TA, Cover Supervisor, Tutor or Teacher
• Confidence leading small groups or whole classes
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Good communication and flexibility
• A positive, can-do attitude
• SEN/SRB experience is a bonus, but not essential
