Teaching Personnel are currently working in partnership with a primary school located in Macclesfield. They are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to make a significant impact on the learning and development of children, whilst working in an inclusive and dynamic environment.
The role:
As a HLTA, you will work alongside the class teacher to support the delivery of high-quality education, ensuring all students have the best possible learning experience. You will provide tailored support to individuals and small groups, assist in planning and preparing resources, and work closely with the class teacher to assess and monitor student progress.
What we are looking for:
- A relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience working in a primary school setting
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and experience supporting those students with diverse needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both students and other members of staff
- A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude with a commitment to ensuring every child reaches their full potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
