Job Role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant(s) 

Location: Bradford, BD5

Are you a confident, experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) seeking a flexible and rewarding new role? Teaching Personnel is working closely with a number of schools across the Bradford area who are looking to recruit dedicated HLTAs to support teaching and learning across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.

These roles offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, Monday to Friday, and are ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and capable of delivering pre-planned lessons, conducting small group interventions, and supporting the teaching team in raising attainment.

What we’re looking for:

  • HLTA qualification or relevant Level 4 certificate (or higher)
  • Proven experience supporting learning in a primary school setting
  • Ability to take initiative and manage classroom environments effectively
  • Confident leading lessons in the absence of a teacher
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
