Job description

Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

We’re looking for an experienced and committed High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a truly exceptional SEN setting in Ringwood.

You’ll be working across both primary and secondary phases, delivering tailored support that makes a real difference in the lives of students with a range of needs, including autism and complex learning difficulties.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting learners aged 3–19 with a range of SEN needs

  • Delivering individual and small group interventions

  • Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and care teams

  • Creating a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment

  • Providing personal care when needed

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience

  • Proven experience supporting SEN students

  • Resilience, empathy, and a positive attitude

  • A commitment to safeguarding and inclusion

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
