High Level Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
We’re looking for an experienced and committed High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a truly exceptional SEN setting in Ringwood.
You’ll be working across both primary and secondary phases, delivering tailored support that makes a real difference in the lives of students with a range of needs, including autism and complex learning difficulties.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting learners aged 3–19 with a range of SEN needs

Delivering individual and small group interventions
-
Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and care teams

Creating a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment

Providing personal care when needed

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience

Proven experience supporting SEN students

Resilience, empathy, and a positive attitude

A commitment to safeguarding and inclusion

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
