Head of MFL - Croydon, South London.

We are excited to be able to advertise for the position of Head of MFL in a well supported secondary found in Croydon; this post is expected to be offered to a talented Head of MFL who can offer a positive and proactive attitude.

To be successful in your application, you will be accomplished lead teacher ready for a senior leadership role or a current capable Head of MFL ready for a new environment. The successful candidate will have a natural flair for leadership and management and should posses the belief that they can make a difference from day one. The ideal candidate will be someone with a commitment to training and development, the school want to meet an experienced teacher who can create an atmosphere of continual improvement in their team in order to drive up results.
In this Head of MFL post you will be committed to the professional development of your teaching staff and as part of this you will tasked with leading observations. You will be ensuring that all lessons are of consistently high quality and teaching staff maintain their professional development. Day-to-day, you will be taking on a timetable of lessons across KS3 and KS4 on top of your management duties and continuing to teach successfully .

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
