To be successful in your application, you will be accomplished lead teacher ready for a senior leadership role or a current capable Head of MFL ready for a new environment. The successful candidate will have a natural flair for leadership and management and should posses the belief that they can make a difference from day one. In this Head of MFL post you will be committed to the professional development of your teaching staff and as part of this you will tasked with leading observations. You will be ensuring that all lessons are of consistently high quality and teaching staff maintain their professional development. Day-to-day, you will be taking on a timetable of lessons across KS3 and KS4 on top of your management duties and continuing to teach successfully .
