Here at Teaching Personnel we are in high demand for Graduates to act as Classroom supports for Secondary schools that we are in partnership with across the Hartlepool and Stockton on Tees area. The positions we have available are to work on a full time or part time basis, starting immediately. Our schools are looking for bright, ambitious, caring and professional individuals to work under the guidance of qualified teachers, with identified individuals and groups of students.

Responsibilities of this role will be:

• Supporting pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis in lessons
• Directly work alongside teachers to develop activities and lessons
• Motivate and encourage pupils
• Provide personalised learning experience for pupils

Your role as a Classroom support will involve working in mainstream lessons supporting the teacher and class, preparing resources for identified pupils and working closely with low ability students. These positions provide the opportunity to improve classroom management skills and behaviour management strategies, as well as gaining invaluable experience to further your career within the education sector.
