Join a secondary school in Oldham, providing additional support for pupils aged 11-16 who have Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant starting in September 2020
- Based in an Ofsted graded ‘Good’ secondary school in Oldham
- Working alongside class teachers to provide support and specific interventions for identified pupils
- Receive a full training programme alongside behaviour management and SEN
- Supporting pupils with minor learning or behavioural difficulties
- Earn up to GBP1400 per month
Our client secondary school is currently looking for a graduate of any specialism to join their SEN department in the new academic year. The incoming graduate will work for the full academic year as a member of support staff and will also have the opportunity to cover pre-set lessons in the absence of the teacher. This experience will be the most beneficial to candidates considering a career in teaching.
Any previous experience within a school setting is desirable. The incoming graduate will also receive a full training programme alongside behaviour management and Special Educational Needs (SEN).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
