Teaching Personnel are recruiting a graduate to join our partner secondary school in Warrington. Our client school is a highly successful and over-subscribed community school in the heart of semi-rural Warrington. They are recognised as “a good school” by OFSTED with many outstanding features. The role:
- Full time Teaching Assistant
- 32.5 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm
- £70 per day starting rates
- 1-2-1 and small group support
- ASAP start

Duties as a TA include:
- Working 1-2-1 with disengaged pupils who find it more difficult to learn
- Building pupils confidence and self-esteem
- Supporting with social, emotional and mental health difficulties
- Breaking down barriers to learning
- Being a positive role model for students and creating strong relationships
- Liaising with teachers and senior leaders
- Completing relevant training to develop your career

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
