Our partner Secondary School in Oldham are looking to recruit multiple Secondary Teaching Assistants to join them in September 2022 as part of the Graduate Teaching Programme.
The school are looking for the following Secondary Teaching Assistants with degrees in:
- English
- Maths
- Any Science
- Psychology
- Sports Coaching

About the role:
- Secondary Teaching Assistant
- Working alongside the senior leaderships and teachers
- Providing 1-2-1 support in class and outside of class
- Long-term – Full Time – September 2022 start
- £10.20 per hour with weekly pay
- Secondary school in Oldham, Greater Manchester
Our client school is graded ‘Outstanding’ in latest Ofsted report and continues to be a high achieving, successful place to learn and work. It is a brilliant opportunity for an aspiring Secondary Teacher to gain classroom and experience and have the chance to go onto teacher training following from the year as a Teaching Assistant. The school is located next to good transport links and shopping centre.
You will need to have:
- 1st Class or 2:1 Degree from a reputable University is essential
- Good academics throughout GCSEs and A Levels
- Strong subject knowledge is required
- Must be willing to go above and beyond for the pupils
- You must be able to use your own initiative and give recommendations to pupils
