We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in the Oldham area. The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to students in the classroom.

• Help deliver pre-planned lessons and assist with learning activities.

• Support students with SEN by adapting resources and providing tailored guidance.

• Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to ensure inclusive, effective learning.

• Encourage student engagement, build confidence, and promote positive behaviour.

• Assist with general classroom tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience with children or young people, ideally in an educational setting.

• An understanding of SEN and a desire to support all learners.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A patient, enthusiastic, and proactive approach.

• Flexibility, reliability, and a genuine passion for education.
