Job Role: Teaching Assistant
Contract: Full-time, Part-time or flexible
Location: Wakefield (WF2)
Teaching Personnel are looking for Graduates who are looking to expand their skills working with children across Specialist Schools in Wakefield. Whether you're looking to become an Educational Psychologist or a Teacher- we can support with your career progression by offering flexible work.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a passion to support children with additional needs
- Willing to travel
- Willing to apply for a DBS if you do not have one
- Have some experience working in a children's setting
- Be a positive role model
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
- Have an overseas criminal clearance or willing to apply for one
- Have a child enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one
- Previous or relevant experience working with SEND children
- Minimum of three months UK residency
- We do not accept those on skilled worker visas
- Please ensure you have references available upon request covering the last 24 months of employment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
