Graduate teaching assistant

Teaching Personnel are currently searching for graduates to fill a number of teaching assistant roles across the South Manchester area.

Whether you are coming to the end of your degree and would like to gain further experience working within secondary education or already have prior experience, we have a number of opportunities within client secondary schools.

Job Specification:

• Assisting the class teacher with setting up the lesson, distributing work and some teaching elements
• Support students who may struggling academically or behaviourally

Requirements:

• Hold previous experience working within secondary education
• Hold a degree (Preferably in English, Maths or Science) or teaching assistant qualifications. 
• Be available full time and ideally have their own transport (Desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
