Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant

Job Duties:
- Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons
- Assisting with the preparation of learning materials
- Providing one-on-one support to students
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback
- Supervising students during activities and breaks
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Passion for working with young learners
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Previous experience in a teaching or tutoring role is advantageous
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of educational principles and practises
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Experience working with special educational needs students
Working Conditions:
The role involves working in a classroom setting within a school environment. The working hours are typically during school hours, Monday to Friday. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for school events or meetings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
