About the Opportunity
This salaried training programme allows you to work closely with experienced educators in local schools across Weymouth while developing the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills required for a successful teaching career.
You will become an active member of a school community from the beginning, gradually building your responsibilities and confidence within the classroom.

Candidate Requirements

- A bachelor’s degree in any subject
- GCSE English and Mathematics (Grade C/4 or above)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for working with young people and supporting education
Previous experience working with children or young people is beneficial but not essential.
