YEAR ONE: FOUNDATION PHASE
Cover Supervisor with Structured Training
September 2026 – August 2027
Start as a paid Cover Supervisor while developing your teaching practice through guided support and professional development.

YEAR TWO: QUALIFICATION PHASE
Teacher Training Leading to QTS
September 2027 – July 2028
Transition into formal teacher training with continued salary. Complete all requirements for Qualified Teacher Status and secure your permanent teaching position.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
To enter teacher training in Year 2:
- Bachelor's degree from UK university or equivalent
GCSE English Language – Grade C/4 minimum
GCSE Mathematics – Grade C/4 minimum
Equivalency testing and Subject Knowledge Enhancement courses available if needed.
