About the Role
As a Trainee Teacher, you'll gradually build your confidence and teaching experience while learning from experienced education professionals. You'll become an active member of the school community, supporting students both academically and personally while developing the skills required for a successful teaching career.
Throughout your training, you will:
- Observe outstanding classroom practice across a range of subjects.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons with the support of experienced mentors.
- Build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Develop effective behaviour management strategies.
- Learn how to assess student progress and adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs.
- Receive regular feedback and mentoring to support your professional development.
