Have you recently graduated and are considering a career in teaching?
Would you like paid work experience in schools to help clarify if becoming a teacher is right for you?
If the answer is yes, our Future Teachers Programme could be a great option!
Teaching Personnel's Future Teacher Graduate Scheme was created to addresses the teacher shortage and give graduates the opportunity to gain paid school based experience as a teaching assistant prior to embarking on a teacher training course. Client Primary Schools in Surrey require bright young enthusiastic graduates to join the School in September 2020!
The Future Teachers Graduate Scheme is a fast track to teacher training and involves a 1 year apprenticeship as a Teaching Assistant whereby you will placed within one of our client schools located in Surrey. Over the course of the placement, graduates will undertake a range of tasks from supporting student learning through one-to-one tuition to planning lessons for a class.
