Have you recently completed your PGCE or teacher training and are ready to begin your teaching career?
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in the BS3 area of Bristol is seeking a motivated Graduate Teacher to join their team after the October half term.

This full-time position is perfect for newly qualified or early career teachers who want to gain valuable experience and build confidence in the classroom. The school offers a supportive environment where you can continue developing your teaching practice and prepare for future long-term or permanent opportunities.

The Role:

  • Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons

  • Work with groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning and raise attainment

  • Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a calm, inclusive classroom environment

  • Assist with classroom organisation, displays, and general teaching duties

  • Support children’s academic, social, and emotional development

  • Follow safeguarding procedures and uphold school policies

Who This Role Would Suit:

  • Graduates who have recently completed their PGCE or Initial Teacher Training

  • Aspiring or early career teachers seeking classroom experience before securing an ECT post

  • Individuals with strong subject knowledge and a passion for supporting children’s learning
