Graduate Sports Coach, Future Teacher

If you are looking to kick start a rewarding career as a sports coach, this is the role for you... Teaching Personnel offer a route in to teaching whilst supporting your passion for Sport, you will work with young people supporting both individuals and teams across all sporting areas and abilities. Sports Coaches facilitate, and participate in, sports programmes encouraging engagement amongst Students and supporting them to fulfil their potential.

Our partner Schools are diverse and vibrant learning environments, and you'll be hands on from day one. You'll be expected to enthuse Students in your passion for Sports, with a fully inclusive approach. As a Sports coach with us you will need to be proactive in identifying needs and planning and implementing suitable training programmes to suit groups and individuals. Sports teaching in our Schools is more than just games, and focuses on building confidence and knowledge of health/wellbeing in Students. You will need to adapt to the needs and interests of group or individual participants to make your coaching successful, as well as communicate instructions and commands using clearly and concisely.

Hours are flexible, and pay is generous, sports coaches earn between GBP65 and GBP95 with Teaching Personnel. This role would suit a recent Graduate, or established Sports Coach and can be carried out full or part time, supplementing an existing role if needed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.This will be a temporary position and may go permanent at a later date.
