Graduates wanted at Teaching Personnel, London Bridge

‘Your place to thrive’

Rewarding careers in education recruitment for bright, ambitious individuals

Teaching Personnel recruit teachers and learning support staff for primary, secondary and special schools across London. The recruitment industry is thriving, dynamic and fast-paced with exciting opportunities for the right people to thrive. Education recruitment is special, from finding the perfect support worker to help a child with special needs, to being the workforce partner of a large academy trust; education recruitment is varied, enjoyable and has a positive impact on society.

Challenging

Education recruitment is never boring, but it is challenging, requiring high levels of energy and enthusiasm. As an education recruitment consultant, you will be the vital link between our schools and candidates, building positive relationships with both parties to better understand their needs and ultimately make the right placement for both the school and the candidate. Growing your current and new client school relationships through a range of business development activities including marketing, regular meetings and sales calls along with sourcing a pool of quality teachers and support staff through networking, advertising, recruitment events and word of mouth referrals.

Thriving

Offering an environment and experience which encourages employees to be the best they can be – at work and beyond with a strong learning culture, from day 1, supporting genuine opportunities for faster career progression. Industry leading development programmes from Induction through to management training, we’re not looking for robots – we’re looking for bright and ambitious individuals who can help us stay at the top of our game.

Rewarding

With a competitive salary package and uncapped team commission along with regular sales bonuses and incentives. A range of benefits from free phone insurance, monthly cinema tickets and coffee to discounts at major retailers. We celebrate success at company award nights and social events and during school holidays there is significantly reduced working hours.

If you have a desire to make a difference and can demonstrate confidence, resilience and strong communication skills we want to hear from you.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see teachingpersonnel.com/faqs for details.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.

Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Full assistance provided.
