Teachers Required - Specialist School Provision (Full-Time Opportunities)

Teaching Personnel is seeking passionate, dedicated, and adaptable teachers to join a growing specialist school provision with sites across Romsey, Fawley, Dibden, and Totton.

Due to increasing pupil numbers and continued investment in facilities and resources, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking organisation during a period of significant growth and development.

We are looking for enthusiastic educators who are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of pupils with additional needs. Opportunities are available across a range of key stages and subject areas, offering a rewarding and varied teaching experience within supportive and inclusive school environments.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
  • Have experience working with children or young people with additional needs (desirable, but not essential)
  • Demonstrate patience, resilience, and a genuine commitment to helping every pupil succeed
  • Be able to build positive relationships and work effectively as part of a collaborative team
  • Be passionate about creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences
