Graduate Teaching Assistant - Salford Primary Schools

  • Are you a university graduate looking at a future working in education?
  • Have you got a 2:2 or above in your chosen field?
  • Are you free from September?

Teaching Personnel are looking for enthusiastic and hard-working Graduates eager to support pupils with a focus on becoming a future teacher.

The future teachers programme is scheme running throughout England and Wales, designed to support graduates who are considering going into Teaching with paid school based experience prior to starting a teacher training course.

Graduate teaching assistant - The Role:

  • Support Teachers and pupils in the classroom
  • KS1/KS2 support across all subjects
  • Special Educational Needs support
  • Get involved with all areas including after school clubs and sports clubs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with staff and students
  • Full time or on a part time basis.

Benefits:

  • Temporary to permanent position's
  • Competitive pay package starting from £300 - £350 per week (depending on experience)
  • Dedicated consultant who deals with each borough so you are guaranteed a bespoke service
  • Mobile app and online access monitor your diary and control when you work
  • Gain valuable experience before applying for a PGCE or schools direct programme

This role offers a brilliant opportunity to the successful candidate. We are currently working with a number of quality schools! Teaching personnel offer excellent training opportunities and this type of role would support your future PGCE application.

This is the perfect opportunity for Graduates wanting to progress their career with teaching and get an understanding of the role. Previous experience working in a school is desirable but not necessary.
