Graduate Cover Supervisor

Location: Walsal, Secondary Schools

Start Date: ASAP/ January Start 

Pay Rate: £95-£110 (dependent on experience) 


Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in education?

We’re recruiting enthusiastic Graduate Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across the Walsall area from January 2026. As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll oversee classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring students stay engaged and focused during lessons. This role is an ideal stepping stone for graduates considering a future career in teaching.

We’re looking for graduates who:

  • Hold a degree in any subject

  • Have strong communication and classroom management skills

  • Have experience working with young people (paid or voluntary)

  • Are enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about education

  • Have a DBS on the Update Service or are willing to apply for one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
