Cover Supervisors Needed! 

Location: Wolverhampton/ Walsall

About the role: 

Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to join schools in the Walsall and Wolverhampton area. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting students in a classroom environment and contributing to their learning experience.

Role Responsibilites: 

• Supervise classes and ensure students remain engaged and focused.

• Support teachers by maintaining a productive learning environment.

• Assist with the implementation of lesson plans and classroom activities.

• Monitor student behaviour and report any issues appropriately.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Role Requirements: 

• Previous experience working in schools or with children is highly desirable.

• Must have an up-to-date DBS on the update service.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to manage and motivate students effectively.

• Flexible, professional and reliable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
