We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and confident Graduate Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Salford. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers to build classroom management skills, gain hands-on experience, and make a real difference in students' education.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Support students in completing assigned work.
  • Build confidence leading groups of young people.
  • Gain exposure to a variety of subjects and year groups.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for graduates who:

  • Hold a degree in any subject.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Are passionate about education and working with young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
