Are you a Geography Teacher seeking a new challenge or a Newly Qualified Geography Teacher seeking their introduction to an Ofsted graded ‘Good’ school?
Teaching Personnel are working as recruitment partners for a modern secondary school in Oldham that require a Geography Teacher to join the school when they reopen.
This is a full time position for a Geography Teacher or Newly Qualified Geography Teacher, with full departmental responsibilities of planning and marking involved. The incoming Geography Teacher will be picking up a full KS3 and GCSE time table as well as being responsible for a form group. You would be joining a very supportive and welcoming Humanities department and the school have stated there would be an opportunity for a permanent contract in the new academic year.

- Paid in line with teaching scale point MPS/UPS (GBP24,373 - GBP40,490)

Our client school is a modern secondary school based in Oldham with state of the art facilities throughout, resulting in excellent teaching and learning provisions for all. Located a short distance from Royal Oldham Hospital and close to major public transport links to the city centre, the school is easily accessible for those both with or without their own vehicle. The school has an excellent reputation in the local community, thanks to it’s safe and supportive environment for those within the school and priding itself in delivering academic excellence, with this being reflected in the schools most recent Ofsted examination where it was graded as a ’Good’ across the board.
