Geography Teacher:
Location- Trafford
Teaching Personnel are currently working with a close client who are requiring an adaptable and dynamic Geography Teacher to join their team from September. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a Secondary School with welcoming and supportive staff. The school is located in Trafford and is close to various public transport link’s and there will also be access to staff car parks if you can drive. This is a full time position that is looking to start in September in time for the new academic year!
The pay for this role is between £150-£200 per day dependent on experience!
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare students for GCSE Geography exams by providing high quality teaching and confidence delivering lessons.
- Laise with different colleagues and staff members to ensure productive learning strategies are being prioritised.
- Offer targeted interventions for students who may be struggling/ under achieving.
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and interactive lessons for both KS3 and KS4 students.
Role requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
- Previous secondary school teaching experience
- Passionate about teaching to encourage and inspire students’ academic abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure classroom management

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
