Salary: MPS1–MPS6 (£32,916–£45,352) / UPS1–UPS3 (£47,472–£51,048)
Contract: Full-time, long-term (temp-to-perm)

A vibrant, values-led secondary school in Manchester is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Geography teacher to deliver outstanding lessons across KS3 and KS4. The Humanities faculty is one of the school’s highest performing departments, and the school is investing in developing fieldwork opportunities, global citizenship programmes, and enrichment projects.

Key Duties:

• Deliver high-quality lessons in line with AQA GCSE Geography

• Engage students in issues of sustainability, climate justice, and urban change

• Support students with map skills, extended writing, and fieldwork investigations

• Contribute to curriculum innovation and pupil leadership opportunities

Who You Are:

• QTS-qualified with a specialism in Geography

• Strong behaviour management and differentiation strategies

• Committed to inclusive and global education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
