Geography Teacher

Our school oversubscribed 11-16 mixed academy school where students achieve highly and display ‘exemplary behaviour’.

Our Geography and History Departments are located in one building and are comprised of experienced, enthusiastic and engaging teachers. This post would suit an NQT who is looking to be supported and developed, or an experienced colleague. Over the past few years our school has consistently obtained outstanding results at both GCSE and A-level.

Geography is a well-managed, vibrant and innovative department that provides excellent opportunities for career development. The geography department comprises four well-resourced teaching rooms. The successful candidate will have the ability to teach key stages 3 and 4.

We would like to appoint a capable and confident geography teacher with high expectations and a good awareness of how to motivate pupils. The successful candidate will demonstrate an exceptional standard of teaching and an ability to nurture the academic achievement of all pupils.
