Year 5 Teaching Assistant Required for General Classroom Support within an ‘Outstanding’ Catholic School.

• Experience supporting pupils in KS2 is essential for this role.

• The role requires candidates to provide general classroom support 5 afternoons a week.

An ‘Outstanding’ Catholic Primary School in Nelson has approached Teaching Personnel seeking to recruit an experienced KS2 teaching assistant to support within a Year 5 class. Experience supporting in KS2 and a CACHE Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning is essential for this role.

The role will require candidates to support mixed ability pupils within a larger than average Year 5 class, 5 afternoons a week. This is a temporary role that could potentially go longer term.

The school is located on the outskirts of Burnley and is easily accessible from Junction 9 and 10 of the M65 and a variety of transport links.
