Do you have your sights set on training to become a Secondary School Teacher?

Are you looking to build your skill set and strengthen your confidence within the classroom?

Would you feel comfortable covering and leading lessons, learning the fundamental skills of being a teacher?

If so, Teaching Personnel could offer a bright and ambitious graduate to hone their skills ahead of training to become a Secondary Teacher. Teaching Personnel’s South Wales office is aiding a number of Secondary Schools in the Neath Port-Talbot and Bridgend area. We want to meet suitable candidates as soon as possible, with the intention of getting them out to work immediately.

*** A number of desirable Secondary Schools - 11-18 yrs mixed

*** Supportive Staff & Great CPS opportunities

*** Earn up to £60 + (dependant on experience) per day

Person Specification - CONFIDENT GRADUATE & ASPIRING TEACHER

For this post, you must be a dedicated graduate who has already worked with children in either a volunteer or paid role. You should have the capabilities to build a strong network around you, connecting with teachers, pupils, parents and outside agencies. The ideal individual should be able to demonstrate a passion for teaching and provide lessons that tackle even most demanding of areas. You should possess the ability to voice your ideas with accuracy, clarity and in an enthusiastic attitude.
