Teaching Personnel’s South Wales office is aiding a number of Secondary Schools in the Neath Port-Talbot and Bridgend area. We want to meet suitable candidates as soon as possible, with the intention of getting them out to work immediately.

Person Specification - CONFIDENT GRADUATE & ASPIRING TEACHER

For this post, you must be a dedicated graduate who has already worked with children in either a volunteer or paid role. You should have the capabilities to build a strong network around you, connecting with teachers, pupils, parents and outside agencies. The ideal individual should be able to demonstrate a passion for teaching and provide lessons that tackle even most demanding of areas. You should possess the ability to voice your ideas with accuracy, clarity and in an enthusiastic attitude.
