Job Title: General Cover Teacher
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Job Type: Temporary, Full-time/Part-time
Salary: Competitive – depending on experience

Job Description:

As a General Cover Teacher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring continuity of education in the absence of regular classroom teachers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across various subjects and age groups.
  • Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe and productive learning space.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to support the overall educational goals of the school.
  • Providing feedback on student progress and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or a willingness to adapt quickly to new environments.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subjects and year groups.
  • A commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children.
