Fully Qualified Teachers – LA Postcodes (Lancaster & Morecambe Area)

Location: Schools across Lancaster, Morecambe, and surrounding LA postcodes
Start Date: January 2026 (and ongoing opportunities)
Contract: Full-time, Part-time, and Flexible Supply Options
Pay: Competitive rates – based on experience and role

About the Opportunity:
Teaching Personnel has recently expanded into the Lancaster and Morecambe area, and we are working with a growing number of primary and secondary schools seeking fully qualified teachers for both short-term and long-term roles. Whether you’re looking for flexible supply work, full-time positions, or specialist subject teaching, we have opportunities to suit your preferences.

This is an exciting time to join our network as we build strong partnerships with schools across the LA postcodes. You’ll have access to a variety of roles, from general classroom teaching to specialist SEN support, with the chance to make a real impact in local education.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in primary or secondary settings.
  • Ability to deliver engaging lessons and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Flexibility and commitment to supporting pupils’ learning and progress.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
