Job description

Full-Time PPA Teacher Required – Poulton-le-Fylde (FY6)

  • PPA Teacher required for a primary school in Poulton-le-Fylde (FY6)
  • Experience across KS1 and KS2 essential
  • Competitive rates of pay dependent on experience

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Poulton-le-Fylde to recruit a full-time PPA teacher to cover maternity leave starting February 2023.

This role involves teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in a supportive, well-established school environment. The school prides itself on high standards and a positive learning culture, recently graded ‘GOOD’ with ‘OUTSTANDING’ features by OFSTED.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be an ‘OUTSTANDING’ practitioner with strong curriculum knowledge
  • Demonstrate flexibility and creativity in planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Be confident teaching across all year groups from Nursery to Year 6
  • Have excellent behaviour management strategies and a proactive attitude

Key Details:

  • Full-time position starting January 2025 (for the remainder of the academic year)
  • Rates of pay: £110 - £150 per day (dependent on experience)
  • Easily accessible by car or public transport from surrounding areas

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
