Full-Time Teaching Assistants Needed – Swansea ✨

You don’t need to come from a teaching background — we’d love to hear from people with experience in sports coaching, youth work, psychology, childcare, or similar fields!
Teaching Personnel are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work full-time in primary and secondary schools across Swansea ️
Pay: £89.38 – £95.00 per day (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time (Monday–Friday, school hours)
Location: Swansea and surrounding areas

Supporting pupils in lessons and helping them reach their full potential

Assisting teachers with classroom activities and behaviour management

Providing one-to-one or small group support

Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
