Full Time role starting mid May for an aspiring PGCE student and Graduate required for Ks1 supporting small groups with Literacy and Numeracy role in Oldham (OL4)

Full Time role for a Graduate with the aim of doing a PGCE in the future or with the enthusiasm and drive to support and give the best chance to 5-7 year old pupils.

Deliver small group sessions in numeracy and literacy to inspire and improve the children's work.

A welcoming, friendly staff team with experienced practitioners to support and develop best practice.

An Ofsted graded 'good' primary school in Oldham Lees, OL4 are looking to recruit a graduate with a passion and drive to improve and develop children's writing, reading and maths skills. The successful candidate will work across both year 1 and year 2 classes ensuring children are engaged and willing to learn through exciting and innovative delivery of the national curriculum. This growing school with state of the art facilities are interested in adding a graduate and possible aspiring PGCE student to their friendly staff team.

The ideal candidate would be a graduate with some school based experience in the EYFS. The role would be carrying out small group interventions with a focus on phonics, maths, reading &writing and speaking. All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
